Can anyone recommend a source for small quantities of surface-mount components? Digi Key sells a few ICs, but offers resistor and capacitor "chips" only in large (5,000) quantities. The March '89 issue of Radio Electronics magazine has, on page 82, an ad for surface mount resistor and capacitor prototyping kits.
