I have a Honeywell keyboard that I acquired a long time ago from a surplus place. It is in great condition for a boat anchor (it's heavy! :-). It is in good condition and I have managed to trace the electronics to figure out the pinout of its 8-pin modular connector. It is a serial keyboard running at 1200 baud (probably jumperable with other options as well). There are some id numbers on the bottom of the keyboard but none of them is blatantly a model number. The numbers are: 01271009-002 Rev. C ti BKBDH01A-002 [11] Ser.BRGXB-027602 The keys are laid out like a standard DEC keyboard, and there are 4 status lights plus a power light (all controllable) on the top. It was manufactured in 1983. Anyway I have figured out what each key closure and release transmits. What I don't know and would really appreciate any hints, help, or documentation on are the possible codes to send to the keyboard to control the various things that it can do (beep, click, light, etc). Thanks alot, Eric. ============================================================================== CLAIMER: Well -- I wrote it! Eric Alan Neulight "Nothing is Impossible -- Just Impractical."
