The NEW GRASS REVIVAL will be in concert at the Green Acres Music Hall
in Bostic, N.C. (near Forest City, approximately 60 miles west of Charlotte
just off of U.S. 74) on Saturday nite August 20, 1983 around 8 pm.
They play rock, jazz, and bluegrass (hence "newgrass") using guitar, bass,
mandolin/fiddle and banjo. Their banjo player (Bela Fleck) was recently
invited to an onstage jam session at the Telluride Jazz Festival; if
you saw them, you wouldn't be surprised.
I could go on all day, but SEEING is BELIEVING.
