Can I substitute a non-polorized, electrolytic capacitor for a polorized one? Thanks in advance. And thanks for all the very informative replies I received from my previous question about capacitors. Non-polar electrolytic capacitors are much more difficult to find (hence more expensive) than similar polar types. They're pretty much a "special applications only" part.
