I am beginning to probe into the depths of CCD imaging devices for
a remote video link project a friend of mine and I are planning to
build. We are currently planning to use ATV over 426.0 MHz with
approximately 1-5 watts of power. (Before you flame me, yes, I am
working on getting my Amateur License (Tech.) and have NO intention of
xmitting a single cycle of RF before then. :-) ) This project does have
the potential for being lost at sea, so we'd rather not use an expensive
real-live video camera. If anyone out there could take a minute from
their busy schedule and pause to whip off a list of sources/info
concerning CCD's or their use, it would be GREATLY appreciated.
