[sci.electronics] RAM chip identification help

loving@lanai.cs.ucla.edu (05/12/89)

I need some help identifying some RAM chips. They are INMOS IMS2620P-12

clearly they are 120ns chips and I already know they are RAM, the question is
what size? I think they might be 16Kx4, if so is the pinout standard.

Any help greatly appreciated.
