[sci.electronics] Where can I find a Toshiba part # TA7240?

     I seek the above Toshiba part (TA7240), which is a dual 5W (or so)
amplifier.  Being on the other end of the semiconductor universe, and
being exasperated with the way distributors here have snubbed Toshi
after the russian deal, I am looking for a mail-order source.  (Of
course, distributors get frosty when given a quantity-one order, too.)

     Any leads out there?  Even if you can only give the name of a
likely place & the town it's in, please pipe up.  Thanks in advance,
