[sci.electronics] search for small number of signetics components

 I have been looking for two particular Signetics linear-
TTL chips, the ne560 (PLL) and the 8t20 (bidirectional one
shot, sorry forgot the prefix).  Unfortunately, I
only need 4-6 of them, and the few distributors I know
have order minimums of $50.

Is there another alternative other than these distributors?
