[sci.electronics] Phone lock - article in Radio Electronics

ramcte01@ULKYVX.BITNET (06/19/89)

For those of you interested in phone locking devices to prevent outgoing
long distance calls, you may be interested in looking at Radio-Electronics,
October and November, 1988, for plans for a Digital Telephone Lock.

The lock described prevents all outgoing calls without a 4-digit combination,
but could used as a starting point for a 0/1/976 prefix decoder to lock out
long distance/toll calls.
