You spend about $20,000. No joke, they are expensive. There are cheaper
older analog ones around that aren't as good. I have a tape put through
a converter that was real bad, ie, its output is jerky. It didn't take
into account the 50/60 field difference very well.
This device is not something that the home consumer would have.
