I have a few MicroMit Text to Speech boards I'd like to sell. I believe this board was one of Steve Ciarcia's construction projects in Byte magazine in '82 or '83. These were apparently bought assembled and tested. The boards are fully socketed. This board originally used its own onboard +5, +-12V power supply which was connected to an offboard 22VCT transformer. It was modified to use external power supplies. To use the onboard supply again you'd have to put in a 7805 regulator and a couple of 12V zener diodes and hook it up to a transformer. Features: Parallel or Serial (150-->9600) Operation SC-01 Voice Synthesizer Chip 8 Position Configuration Dip Switch Onboard Amplifier (LM386) with volume control. Mini headphone jack, or connect directly to an 8ohm speaker. I am asking $30.00 each for these. I'll pay shipping anywhere in the continental US. For more details, send email. -- john
