[sci.electronics] Need to find a source for VGA cables

Hi,

I need to find a cable with a 9 pin D shell size E connector for a
NEC multisync on one end and a 15 pin D shell size E connector on
the other end.

I tried the cable that comes with a NEC Multisync Plus monitor to
attach an original NEC multisync JC-1401P3A monitor to a Paradise
VGA 16 Plus card. Eventhough the original Multisync is only
sepec.'ed to 62 Hz, we've been able to get them to run up to 74 Hz
vertical rate without any problems.

I've tried calling the home office of NEC Home Electronics, and all
I get is a dumb answering machine that never returns my calls.

What I'd like to know is if there is a part number for the VGA
cable that comes with the multisync plus, so that I can order a
'replacement' to use with my old monitor (beats spending six C
notes to get a new monitor), or a source for those strange little
15 pin D shell connectors so that I can make my own VGA cable.
None of the vendors I currently have access to stock those 15 pin
connectors.
