[sci.electronics] request for recommendations for IBM PC/AT DSP boards

I'm looking to purchase DSP and data acquisition hardware for 
use in an IBM PC/AT.  I have already found several companies
that market boards suitable to my needs, but I'm sure there
must be more.  Can anyone recommend a product(s) that meets
my requirements (see below)?

if possible, approximate cost, product specifications, sales
contact, etc...

DSP requirements:
    - based on Motorola 56001
    - minimum 96K * 24  RAM (0 wait state)
    - interface to PC host
    - software support 

Data Acquisition requirements:
    - 1 channel in, 1 channel out, simultaneous operation
    - 50KHz sampling and reconstruction rate            
    - 12 bit resolution (linear)
    - data transfer direct to DSP memory (not through PC host)
