I am in need of the pinout of a 32K static RAM chip, "HM43256LP-15" that I have not been able to find in my somewhat old databooks. If somebody could E-mail me this information (I don't often read this group), I would be very grateful! For the reference of all you folks who might not know this, the pinout should be almost the same as the equivalently sized EPROM (with changes for the fact that EPROMS don't normally get written to). So if you can get a spec sheet for a smaller SRAM, plus spec sheets for both of the EPROMS, you should be able to extrapolate. There should also be a standard pinout algorithm (JEDEC). If you can figure out the pattern that's used from one series to the next, you can get the pinout that way.
