[net.wanted] tiny/small C compiler wanted

I am looking for a small/tiny public domain C compiler.  I would
really like one that produced MSP-3000 (never heard of it right?)
code but I don't think that one is available.  I will take
anything but ideally it would support int, char and float types.

If you have anything that could possibly be of use please let
me know.
