I am new to this newsgroup and I am not an engineer, but I need
some help. I am a grad student at a university who is working
to upgrade some equipment. Unfortunately, we need to replace
an A/D converter built about 15years ago with one that runs at
a least 2.4 Mhz digital output. Another problem is that this
board needs to be very stable as the incoming signal is on a line
that may have to be more than 6" long and we can not afford to
pick up any outside noise.

If there is anyone out there who is familiar with the a A/D board
with 5V output (to a PC counter/interface system we have), please
let me know. E-mail is recommended as I can not always keep up
with this newsgroup.

I am working with some people who could build a board if suitable
designs were available.

Thanks in advance,
