[sci.electronics] Need info on modeling large resistive arrays.

   We are trying to model a large, regular array of resistive
elements.  We are interested in techniques for locating irregularities
in such arrays.  Can someone give me an idea what software
packages are available for such modeling, and, especially, what
the limits are on the size of the arrays that these programs can
handle?
