A friend of mine recently acquired a crosswalk signal, however, it contains only the bulbs, and not the circuit which makes it operate as it normally would. He is getting tired of it being on all of the time, and I was wonder- ing if someone had advice on how to make it work. (the flashing I could probably figure out, it's the timer part I don't know how to do.)
