I am going to need a couple of 55ns or faster 32kx8 SRAMS soon. However, none of the catalogs I have searched have any SRAMS that size faster than 100ns. Can someone point me either to the part no. and supplier or supplier for fast 32kx8 SRAMS? Thanks, Dave Dave "mr question" McIntyre | "....say you're thinking about a plate mcintyre@turing.cs.rpi.edu | of shrimp.....and someone says to office : 518-276-8633 | you 'plate,' or 'shrimp'......"

My guess is that they are pricy though. VLSI Technology sells fast SRAMs, but I don't know if we have 55 ns ones or not. I think we just announced the 256K ones. Send E-mail if you can't find an address and phone number. The memory group is downstairs (I write design software); I can go down and ask. Cypress Semiconductor, also here in Silicon Valley, has made a name for itself selling fast SRAMs; I don't know if they have what you want and I don't have their address (after all, I don't work there :-).
