I am looking for information on any public domain, universities developed CAD tools. I am mostly in need of a layout tool set. I know that Berkely has a tool set that does this. I need a thread to find this tool. What is the octtool developed by folks in Berekly? I appreciate any information on this subject. I may post a summary of my findings if there is any interest. Many thanks in advance. Mehdi mehdi@venus.SanDiego.NCR.COM or mehdi@babel.SanDiego.NCR.COM (619) 485-2233 Mehdi Bonyadi NCR Corp.
