Hello, I've been trying to locate a PD circuit analysis program in sourceform, preferably something SPICE-like. The closest I've gotten is the nearest archiveserver which offers binaries of aspice and a demo of pspice => no go because my computer is an Acorn Archimedes. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated (even ones telling me there is no such thing). -- Regards, Thorvaldur S. Arnarson

I've been trying to locate a PD circuit analysis program in sourceform, preferably something SPICE-like. How about SPICE? Granted, you're in Iceland and will have to go through some more paperwork due to the very interesting software export laws in the US, but you can get Spice 3c1 (the C and X11 version) and Spice 2g6 from Berkeley. Try talking to Cindy Manley at the Industrial Liason Service at Berkeley. I do like 3c1 since it converges quite well, has nice graphics under X11 and compiles on everything from PCs under DOS to VAXen under VMS to most Unix based boxes. -rich -=- Rich Kaul | "Horse sense is what keeps horses from kaul@icarus.eng.ohio-state.edu | betting on what people will do." or ...!osu-cis!kaul | -Damon Runyon
