[sci.electronics] CD -> Parallel Port

     I would like to know if it is possible to take the data from a CD player,
and pipe it directly through the parallel port of my computer (Amiga) with a
sampling program.  Do you think it is possible to use all 16 bits with some
hardware modifications or can I tap directly off of the right/left data side
of the CD player??

     Any info would be helpful.
