I am currently evaluating a number of integrated simulation/layout packages for microwave circuit design. Our application involves nonlinear analysis, optimization, yield analysis, and design centreing. If anyone has any experience/comments about the following packages, please respond by e-mail and I will post the results if sufficient interest is shown.
