Well thanks all to those that replied to the post about the V-20 chip. Yes it is in the 8087 socket. The 8088 is in the proper slot. My worries have traveled the same pattern as a sinusoidal wave.. up and down. I have tried to locate the individual that I bought the system from to inquire why there wouild be 2 u-processors would be in the machine at the same time.. Oh well I will try both chips (one at a time) to see if there are any noticable differences..
