I have an TMS9918A chip (a video chip made my Texas Instruments) around which I am building a computer video output board (S100). Although I have the chip, I have been unable to get a data sheet for it. I would be most grateful if someone would be willing to send me a copy. (I would be happy to reimburse you for reasonable copying and postage costs. Please email me before you copy and send to avoid the (unlikely) possibility of 50 people sending me the same thing) Alternatively, any pointers to where I might find the data sheet would be helpful. I have seen Steve Ciarcia's article on using this chip which appeared in Byte in the early 80's (that is what my project is based on) but it lacks some electrical characteristics of the chip, and more importantly, almost all programming information. As usual, please reply by email (rather than by posting). Any "me too" comments can be sent by email as well, and I will let you know what I find out. -David Steffen steffen@mbir.bcm.tmc.edu Department of Cell Biology, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX 77030 (713)798-6655
