Hello, does anyone happen to have any data about transistor I found in
a broken power supply. It has first letter T, the manufacturer logo I
suppose, then code C2555 and below that .6c .
I have found out that it is a NPN power transistor with about 200-400V
voltage rating. Probably it is a Japanese or Taiwaese code, .
What I would know is the possible US or European codes for replacement
or the charactersistics of the original one ... like t on, t off, max
voltage , max current, max power and anything else anyone might know.
Thanks in advance....
