Hello, does anyone happen to have any data about transistor I found in a broken power supply. It has first letter T, the manufacturer logo I suppose, then code C2555 and below that .6c . I have found out that it is a NPN power transistor with about 200-400V voltage rating. Probably it is a Japanese or Taiwaese code, . What I would know is the possible US or European codes for replacement or the charactersistics of the original one ... like t on, t off, max voltage , max current, max power and anything else anyone might know. Thanks in advance.... -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- : Money isn't everything, : Sami Kiiskil{ ( The { means 'ae' ) : Nothing : : . . . there is also : e-mail : sk73171@tut.fi : is : : H i g h - T e c h ! ! : phone : 931-180690 or 934-427503 : impossible. : -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
