[sci.electronics] MYSTERY CHIP

I've inherited some IC's from a previous project and I'd like to find
out what they are. The part number is VT20C19-25PC. They're in a 24 lead
skinny DIP. The manufacturer's logo is a solid white circle with three
parallel black lines running northwest to southeast. Anybody know what
they are?

The manufacturer is VLSI Technology.
Sounds like a 2K*8 or 2K*9 25nS static RAM.
