Pardon me for doing this, but I remember (a while back) a discussion of the Fisher Price PXL-2000 camcorder. I seem to remember that someone had identified the custom IC's in this thing , and had found sources and data for them. If anyone out there still has this information, I would be most grateful if you'd email me a copy. Thanks, Phillip -- Phillip M. Sanyo makes the parts. Write Sanyo Semiconductor, 1333 Lawerence Expressway, Suite 109, Santa Clara, CA 95051. Tel. 408-248-6370. Fax 408-988-6968. The CCD imagers are parts numbered LC99xx, and the LC9943, a 162 x 120 pixel imager, is the unit in the Fisher-Price camcorder. Various peripheral ICs are available. The actual Fisher- Price unit has some custom ICs in it, but the key ICs needed to drive the imager are available from Sanyo. John Nagle
