[sci.electronics] Fuzz buster >>> Headphone delimma

swood@vela.acs.oakland.edu (Scott Wood) (08/02/90)

I want to use a fuzzbuster on my cycle, but can't always hear it. any hints
for a way to get a headphone type hookup for it? Is this possible with
wafer piezio (sp?) style speaker set up?

I modified one for my brother to use on his bike. All I did was to make
the unit drive a very small buzzer (real buzzer, not speaker or pizo).
He tucks the buzzer into the back of one glove and can 'feel' radar.

He wanted this approach so radar would not interupt his portable
CD player and phones C-:
