[sci.electronics] Mitel MH88631 Equiv. Question

dhiman@motcid.UUCP (Ravinder Dhiman) (08/09/90)

Greetings,

A friend is using an Mitel MH88631 2-wire-to-4-wire converter in a
product. This chip has a Tip and Ring Impedance of 600 ohms.
He is connecting to a repeater with an impedance of 900 ohms and
he needs to match it. He needs an equivalent to the Mitel part
with an impedance of 900 ohms instead of the above-mentioned
600 ohms; apparently he has been unsuccessful in matching the
impedance externally because of an internal feedback loop.

Does anyone out there have any information on an equivalent?

Can someone out there help?

Please post a reply to this newsgroup or call/mail me at the
number/address below.

Any help/information very much appreciated. Thanks.
