Hi Netters,
There have been some postings in this newsgroup for information about CCDs
and related applications in recent months. I'm in the process of introducing
the appropriate technical/marketing people in the Microelectronics Technology
Division (MTD) here at Eastman Kodak to the wonders of the Internet...
We fabricate a wide variety of CCD imagers, both area arrays and linear,
"color" and monochrome, and most are available for sale "off the shelf."

Hey, Jon! Maybe you could arrange for sci.electronics to get some of the rejects (with single dead pixels) for the sort of price the surplus dealers pay. What do you do with your rejects?

I agree completely! Then, as more engineers and experimenters gain experience with them, maybe more people will think up applications (and expand the market...) for CCDs...
