VIDEO PHONE SURVEY Hello! Video Research, a consumer research organization would like to hear your thoughts about video phones. Your responses will contribute to the development of home and small business based video phone products. These questions about video phones will only take a few minutes, so please complete as much as you can. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT The video phone unit is a small black & white TV screen and camera, in an attractive housing that attaches to any telephone with a modular jack. It is designed to sit on a desk, table, countertop, etc. To start a video call, simply dial a number with your existing phone and press a button on the video phone unit when you want to see the the face of the person you are talking to. The person's image will appear on a screen, the size of which is similar to the one on a handheld TV. The video phone is full motion - so you can see the movement and expressions of the person you are talking to, as he or she speaks. The other person can see you too, provided there is a video phone at the other end. 1. Based on this description, what is your opinion of video phones for your own use? Please be specific. 2. Who would you want to talk with on a video phone, if you had one at home or in the office ? 3. What price per unit (not a pair) would you pay for a video phone ? $_________ 4.
