[sci.electronics] Need RAM or E[E]PROM for Model 100 option ROM socket

       Does anyone know of an SRAM, EPROM or EEPROM that is pin
    compatiable with the 32K x 8  LH-535518 PROM that is found
    in the Radio Shack Model 100 ?A

       The pin out is:

       The Model 100 is an 8085 based lap top computer that runs at an
     internal speed of 4.9152 MHz / 2  .
