[sci.electronics] Looking for some PLCC sockets

gt8566a@prism.gatech.EDU (Byron A Jeff) (09/27/90)

This is the first message I've posted in a long time. I hope it
gets through.

I'm looking for a couple of 52 pin PLCC sockets with wire-wrap
pins. I have some National disk controllers I'd like to use
in a prototype. Does anyone know of a company that has such a beast.
I'd even take soldertail if the bottom looks like a PGA type
grid.

Any clues would be mucho helpful.

Email if possible.

Try Loranger International Corp.

817 Fourth Ave.
Warren, PA. 16365

Ph. 814-723-2250
FAX 814-723-5391

Check on part # 00399-3553-520

This a burn-in socket and works fairly well. The PLCC device mounts upside

down in the socket.
