I recently aquired a broken Canon PJ 1080A color inkjet printer,
with out the owners manual.
Upon inspection I found that a transistor had been severly fried, it
is labeled as TR4. There are also 2 empty sockets, a 28 pin and a 40 pin,
are they supposed to be empty or did the previous owner salvage parts?
I would like to get this working, if anyone knows what transistor this is
and where I might find a replacement I would be eternally grateful. I woudl
alos like to get schematics and/or a service manual.
Thanks in advance,
Todd Olson
