[sci.electronics] Suggestions on Universal Programmers

	I need to purchase a universal programmer and I don't know where to
get information on these things.
	Could someone send me suggestions on either types of programmers
(with pros and cons) or sources of information so I can research this
myself?
	Basic specs:
		Works with an IBM PC class machine.
		Somewhere in the neighborhood of $500.
		Easy upgrades.
		Large chip library
		Handles chip testing.
