Wanted: A supplier of Motorola MTP 1N100 FET's. These devices are high speed high voltage (1kV) devices. Motorola has "discontinued production" but are willing to supply from their factory in minimum quantities of 100 @ about $6.00 Canadian each. All we need is a few dozen of them (say 25). Any info on where these can be found would be appreciated.
