I have just received this laser diode from Australia, but there was no data sheet with it. It has 3 pins arranged in a triangle, one of them is connected to the steel casing. The number of the laser diode is 8155. Has anyone experemented with these before? If so, would you like to tell me what the basic specs are, as well as maybe the pinouts.
