Here's one to think about: I'm looking for ideas for creating a micro agitator inside a small tube. (around 3/8" dia, 1" length) The contents of the tube is a heavy metal, and light fluid, and the goal is to keep them mixed. The tube will be basicly sealed, and remain fixed,( no shaking of the tube) but some thing may be placed inside or outside of it. I can't insert something like a driven shaft, ala mixer, into the tube. Something which works from the sides rather than the ends may fit better. Oh, yea, one more thing: The whole mess will be subject to a high voltage electrostatic field. ______________________________________________________________ Roger Garnett (garnett@THEORY.TN.CORNELL.EDU) (607) 255-2522 Cornell University Agricultural Economics Ithaca, N.Y.
