[sci.electronics] pinout for hybrid clock oscillator?

blw@acsu.buffalo.edu (brian l wybaillie) (01/08/91)

sorry for yet another stupid question, but.....

	can anyone tell me the pinout for this hybrid cristal clock oscillator
from Newark Electronics. it is manufactured by Dale.

	the Newark catalog shows;

			--------------------
	  pin #1 --->   |  o             o |
                        |                  |
                        |                  |
                        |  o             o |
                        --------------------

	and i am assuming this is the bottom view, but which pin is which?
i.e.,  5v, gnd, out, nc.

	the part number is 44f4220, type X0-43B, 40MHz

	to save bandwidth please respond by e-mail.

	thanks again,

The standard pinout for a TTL-compatible hybrid is:

   1. NC
   7. GND
   8. Signal out
  14. VCC (+5V)

You're welcome!
