Somebody wanted to know where SPICE came from: Spice comes from Berkeley. Source is about $200 I think (I could be wrong). I think the latest is SPICE2 or SPICE3 or something like that. If you look in the back of Paul Tuinenga's book on page 187 you can get the person to contact at Berkeley. -cheers Charlie Thompson
