Does anyone have any information on the instruction set of the HP 1818-2500 microprocessor? It is used in the HP 7220, 7221, and 9872 plotters, and probably many other HP peripherals and computers of the same era. I would be interested in finding out what other models it is used in. So far the only information on it that I have is from the 9872B and 9872C service manuals, which give the pinout and bus timing only. It appears to be a 16 bit processor with a 32K word address space. Thanks in advance! Eric esmith@apple.com -- Eric L.
