We are currently looking for some mechanism of displaying television pictures on a PC monitor that is also displaying output from the PC. Ideally we would like to have picture-in-picture with the TV signals being mixed with the normal PC graphics. Failing that, some switching mechanism from the PC is desired. The secondary input can be either TV (PAL A) or Video (and audio). Anyone out there know of any boards that can plug into a PC to achieve something like this?
