  Hello,
I recently came across some power MOSFETS (at least I think they are).
They are labeled IRF330. I can't find information on these anywhere. Can
someone point me to the right publication to get information about these?
Please Email to me, I don't want to take up any more net bandwidth than
necessary.

   Thanks!

The IRF prefix means the part type was originally developed by International Rectifier. It is part of their HEXFET line and is now second-sourced by many other mfrs. The device is a 400V, 5.5A, 75W N-ch power MOSFET. It is supplied in a TO-204/TO-3 case. Sorry, no pinout info.
