[sci.electronics] Need specs on rectifier diode

depolo@eniac.seas.upenn.edu (Jeff DePolo) (02/10/91)

I can't find a manufacturer's catalog on these, nor a x-ref, so any
help would be appreciated.

I need info on a stud-mount recitifer diode. Westinghouse 419B is
all that's labeled on it. I need continuous/intermittant Ic rating,
dissipation, and max V. Anyone have a handbook or know where
I can find a x-ref for it? I have 2 already mounted nicely in
a heavy heatsink, and being the budget-minded student that I am,
I'm hoping they will be useable in a 13.8V/35A supply I'm working
on (CT xfrmr). BTW, is Westinghouse still making this type of
devices? Thanks in advance.
