I am looking for a chip that basically performs the function of a stopwatch. In addition I need the chip to have onboard LED or LCD drivers for a clock type display. The idea is that I need to be able to start and reset this counter from an A/D D/A card in a computer. This device will be used to provide a visual time indicator in some superplastic forming experiments that we will be performing. I would really appreciate any and all suggestions and/or sources of data sheets. I found several likely chips in an old (86) IC Master but most of the companies I called for more info aren't making them anymore. Thanks for any and all help.
