Looking for companies that manufacture IR detector arrays that cover 8-15 microns. The detectors should be relatively inexpensive and operate at room temperature. There should be at least four channels in the array. Also, anyone know of tunable, ROOM TEMPERATURE, diode lasers that operate in this same range. Thanks in advance.
