[sci.electronics] What's this chip

jgb@prism.gatech.EDU (James G. Baker) (03/02/91)

MT8930AC-ENG1 (28 pin)
45P019H9
9014 GT

MC3302P (14 pin)

Pin-outs would be awesome, or a lead to the manufacturer. THANKS!

This is a Mitel subscriber line interface chip (a kind of
does-it-all telephone transceiver); the 'ENG1' suffix possibly
indicates that you have a preproduction part (an engineering sample)
which might not meet the full specifications.

This is easier; it's a LM339 quad comparator with some slightly
looser specifications. Get the pinout (and another chip, if you like)
at Radio Shack.
