I am looking for a power supply/battery charger that will power a hand-held device (current requirement 200ma max) and will charge the device's internal NiCd battery pack. The battery pack needs to be 6-9 volts. Size and cost are important. The AC transformer and possibly other components can be housed separately from the device. (Basically, I want a high-quality rechargable electric razor without the razor!) I would prefer ready-made units, but I would be delighted to even see a schematic.
