I'm looking for a source of CMOS Z80 CPU (and supporting) chips to swap out on a device that needs to be run on as little current as possible. Jameco has them, but I refuse to do business with a place that requires a $50 minimum (I understand the basic philosophy of a minimum order, but that goes a little too far).
